My experiences at Rheem have been unmatched by any other in my college career. Through all of my projects, such as configuration of a new quality management database, instrumentation studies, gas valve drift verification, or any other, I have gained insight into topics I encounter in classes as well as a better understanding of the business world. The work is constantly changing and is always offering a new challenge. Rheem is a wonderful place to work and I would tell any coop potential that this is the place to be.

Working at Rheem Manufacturing Company has been a very enjoyable experience. I have learned a lot through the projects, tasks, and great people I work with.Whether it is learning how to built sheet metal parts, weld, use Pro-E, or manage time and priorities, each day has it’s own unique challenges. Rheem Manufacturing Company has enabled me to utilize skills obtained through my education and gain experience that will enhance my future career options. I have worked on projects with front end technology and design. Every semester I come back, Rheem gives me a new challenge to work through. Those challenges may be designing on Pro-E, fabricating heat exchangers, or testing different aspects of water heaters. The knowledge I have gained at Rheem also helps me engage in my class material, such as classes in thermodynamics and heat transfer. I am proud of my experience at Rheem Manufacturing Company and will encourage others to indulge in their co-op experience.
