Support Supplier Development Groups
- Directly support receiving inspection process, including creation of inspection planning and maintenance of the Real Time Data Analysis System
- Initiate and Review PPAP (Product Part Approval Process) and FPA (First Part Approval) documentation
- Review component prints for accuracy against design specifications
- Maintain supplier nonconformance, performance rating data, and records.
- Conduct various projects and experiments (i.e DOE's, Gauge R&R's, repeatability and root cause studies)
Assist Advanced Quality Planning Group
- Maintain document and records database
- Assist in product trials
Assist Quality Management System Group
- Develop and maintain QA intranet home page
- Develop and maintain manufacturing visual aids and process flow mapping
- Configuration and maintenance of the web-based quality management system
