Challenging Opportunity
What drives me is challenge - Rheem gives me a real one. The Rheem Advanced Research Group assigned me a real project that they were working on and I was encouraged to do a lot of independent investigations, draw conclusions, and make recommendations. This is one of the few internships that allow interns to have a direct impact on the company.
An even greater reason why the internship was so enjoyable was the experience of working with people around me. I had a great time interacting with all of the research group members and engineers in other departments.
The techniques, knowledge, and professionalism that I'm learning here I know will benefit me in whatever career path I choose in future.
